About AMARCO and your order
AMARCO is an online clothing brand. We keep blank garments in stock and print orders after receiving the required deposit. You may choose a design offered on our website or request an agreed custom design, details or additions.
Please check the selected garment, size, design, delivery details and final amount before confirming your order. Any custom artwork or changes must be approved before printing begins. Prices are in Egyptian pounds, and the applicable shipping charge is shown on our website for your order.
Deposit and payment
A deposit of 50% of the order value is required through InstaPay or an electronic wallet before printing starts. Contact AMARCO on WhatsApp for payment details. Refunds use the same payment method used for the original payment.
Cancellation before printing
If you cancel before printing actually starts, we refund the amount paid in full. Receiving a deposit or approving artwork alone does not mean printing has started.
Designs offered on our website
For a design offered on our website, cancellation after printing starts and before dispatch also receives a full refund. If you cancel a catalogue order after dispatch and before receiving it, only the outbound shipping charge quoted on our website for your order is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is not deducted for this cancellation, and no additional cancellation fee applies.
You may request a size exchange or return within 14 days of delivery, subject to the condition requirements in our Returns & Refunds Policy. For a size exchange or change-of-mind return after receiving the item, you pay the actual return shipping and, for an exchange, replacement shipping where applicable. No additional administration fees apply. AMARCO covers the applicable shipping costs for defective or nonconforming items.
Custom orders
For an order with a custom design, details or additions approved by you, the 50% deposit is retained if you cancel solely for a change of mind after printing that approved customization actually starts. Items personalized to your agreed specifications cannot be exchanged or returned solely for a change of mind when supplied as agreed.
This does not limit your mandatory rights if AMARCO supplies a defective or nonconforming item, fails to fulfil the order, or causes a delay that gives you a right to cancel under applicable law. No deposit is retained or shipping charge deducted in a seller-fault case where you are entitled to a full refund without additional costs.
Delivery and support
Estimated delivery is within one week. If an order is delayed, we will contact you with an update. This estimate does not remove your rights if delivery is delayed.
For an order update, sizing question, printing concern or cancellation request, contact us on WhatsApp: +20 155 047 1104 and include your order number when available. Returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and applicable Egyptian consumer rights.

عن AMARCO وأوردرِك
AMARCO براند ملابس أونلاين. نحتفظ بقطع سادة في المخزون ونطبع الأوردرات بعد استلام المقدم المطلوب. يمكنك اختيار تصميم معروض على الموقع أو طلب تصميم أو تفاصيل أو إضافات خاصة نتفق عليها معك.
يرجى مراجعة نوع القطعة والمقاس والتصميم وبيانات التوصيل والمبلغ النهائي قبل تأكيد الطلب. يُعتمد التصميم الخاص وأي تعديل قبل بدء الطباعة. الأسعار بالجنيه المصري، وتظهر مصاريف الشحن المطبقة على الموقع لأوردرِك.
المقدم والدفع
يلزم سداد مقدم قيمته ٥٠٪ من قيمة الأوردر عن طريق InstaPay أو محفظة إلكترونية قبل بدء الطباعة. تواصل مع AMARCO على واتساب للحصول على بيانات الدفع. يُرد أي مبلغ مستحق بنفس وسيلة الدفع الأصلية.
الإلغاء قبل الطباعة
إذا ألغيت قبل بدء الطباعة فعليًا، نرد المبلغ المدفوع كاملًا. استلام المقدم أو اعتماد التصميم وحدهما لا يعنيان بدء الطباعة.
التصميمات المعروضة على الموقع
في التصميمات المعروضة على الموقع، يمكنك الإلغاء بعد بدء الطباعة وقبل إرسال الأوردر واسترداد المبلغ كاملًا. إذا ألغيت أوردرًا من تصميمات الموقع بعد إرساله وقبل استلامه، تُخصم مصاريف شحن الذهاب فقط بالسعر الموضح على الموقع لأوردرِك. لا تُخصم مصاريف شحن الرجوع في حالة هذا الإلغاء ولا تُضاف رسوم إلغاء أخرى.
يمكنك طلب تغيير المقاس أو الاسترجاع خلال ١٤ يومًا من الاستلام، وفق شروط حالة القطعة الموضحة في سياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع. بعد الاستلام، تتحمل مصاريف الشحن الفعلية لإعادة القطعة عند تغيير المقاس أو الاسترجاع لتغيير الرأي، وإرسال القطعة البديلة عند الاستبدال بحسب الحالة، دون رسوم إدارية إضافية. تتحمل AMARCO مصاريف الشحن المستحقة للمنتج المعيب أو غير المطابق.
الأوردرات المخصصة
للأوردر الذي يتضمن تصميمًا أو تفاصيل أو إضافات خاصة وافقت عليها، يُحتفظ بالمقدم البالغ ٥٠٪ عند إلغائك لمجرد تغيير الرأي بعد بدء طباعة هذا التخصيص المعتمد فعليًا. القطع المخصصة وفق المواصفات المتفق عليها لا تُستبدل أو تُسترجع لمجرد تغيير الرأي إذا نُفذت كما اتُفق عليها.
لا يقلل هذا البند حقوقك الواجبة إذا قدمت AMARCO منتجًا معيبًا أو غير مطابق للاتفاق، أو لم تنفذ الأوردر، أو تأخرت بما يمنحك حق الإلغاء وفقًا للقانون. لا يُحتجز المقدم ولا تُخصم مصاريف شحن عند خطأ البائع إذا كنت مستحقًا لرد كامل المبلغ دون تكاليف إضافية.
التوصيل والتواصل
مدة التوصيل المتوقعة خلال أسبوع. في حال تأخر الطلب، نتواصل معك لتحديث الموعد المتوقع. لا يقلل هذا التقدير حقوقك عند تأخر التوصيل.
للاستفسار عن الأوردر أو المقاس أو الطباعة أو طلب الإلغاء، تواصل معنا على واتساب: +20 155 047 1104 وأرسل رقم الطلب إن توفر. تخضع الاستبدالات والاسترجاعات لـسياسة الاستبدال والاسترجاع وحقوق المستهلك الواجبة وفق القانون المصري.
